For developers: connect an AI assistant (MCP)

MCP server: https://mcp.law.arbiter.sa/mcp (Streamable HTTP). Sign-in is OAuth 2.1 with your law.arbiter.sa member account — the assistant never sees your password.

• Claude (claude.ai and apps): Customize → Connectors → + Add → Add custom connector, paste the URL, sign in and approve.
• ChatGPT: add a custom app/connector with the same URL in Apps & Connectors settings (where your plan allows it), then sign in and approve.
• Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http law https://mcp.law.arbiter.sa/mcp, then run /mcp to sign in.

Tools: search_provisions (search provisions) · get_provision (full text of up to 20 provisions, or a whole statute in pages of up to 100,000 characters per call) · analyze_facts (analysis of redacted facts, paid plan; a research aid, not legal advice) · rate_result (text-free rating).

Default limits per member (across all connections): free — 2000 search/read requests per month , 30 distinct full statutes and 600 distinct single provisions per day (UTC); paid — 20000 search/read and 300 analysis requests per month, 200 distinct full statutes and 4000 distinct single provisions per day. Limits may change; the limits in force for your account are shown on the consent page.

Partner REST API (knowledge contract v1.1)

• Unknown request fields are ignored, not rejected on /api/v1/search, /api/v1/analyze and /api/v1/get: they are dropped before any processing and reported in the X-Ignored-Fields header (every core response; not on authentication errors, invalid_json or 413) and in warnings with code ignored_fields (200 responses). A known field with an invalid value is still rejected (400/422 with its reason). Over MCP, get_provision is strict and rejects unknown fields, while search_provisions and analyze_facts ignore them and report them in warnings.
• Search keywords (up to 10, each ≤ 64 chars) are redacted and added to the query with a lower weight than query, measured on our search evaluation set.
• A sandbox key never calls a model: the three sandbox fact sets return their fixed response; any other facts get a deterministic retrieval-only response (model.name = sandbox-retrieval, competentCourt = null, warnings sandbox_no_model and competent_court_undetermined) — the same body always yields the same response.
