١٤٤٠/٥/٢٨م، في شأن مشروع الاتفاقية بين حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية

وتاريخ

ومنظمة الامم المتحدة للتربية والثقافة والعلوم (اليونسكو) بشأن تأسيس المركز الإقليمـي

للجودة والتميز في التعليم العام كاحد مراكز القنة الثانية تحت رعاية اليونسعو.

وبعد الاطلاع على مشروع الاتفاقبة المشار إليه.

ويعد الاطلاع على المحضرين رقم (١٨٣٠) وتاريخ ٦:/١٤٤٠/١٠مـ، ورقم (١١٦٨)

وتـاريخ ١٤٤١/٨/٢٠ ف، والمذكرة رقم (٢٧٣) وتاريخ ١٤٤٢/٢/١٩ف، المعدة في

هيئة الخبراء بمجلس الوزراء.

وبعـد الاطـلا علـى التوصية المعدة في مجلى الشؤون الاقتصادية والتنمية

ويعد النظر في قرار مجلس الشورى رقم (٥/٢٤) وتاريخ ١٤٤١/٣/٢٩ف.

إن حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية ومنظمة الأمم

المتحدة للتربية والثقافة والعلوم (اليونسكو)، بناء على

القرار 19/37C الذي يسعى المؤتمر العام لليونسكو

بموجبه إلى تشجيع التعاون الدولي في مجال التربية

من خلال إنشاء مركز إقليمي للجودة والتميز في

التعليم في المملكة العربية السعودية،

ولما كان المؤتمر العام قد أذن للمدير العام بأن يبرم

مع حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية اتفاقا بناء على

المسودة التي سبق تسليمها للمؤتمر العام سابقا،

وبتبني الملاحظات والمقترحات الواردة في تقرير

فريق اليونسكو الذي زار المملكة العربية السعودية

في فبراير 2013، وبناء على موافقة حكومة المملكة

العربية السعودية المدرجة ضمن الوئيقة رقم 192

المادة 2

الإنشاء

توافق الحكومة حسب القوانين والأنظمة والسياسات

المتبعة لديها، بأن تتخذ في غضون عام2015م،كل

الطرفين.

مساعدة تقنية في أنشطة المركز، على نحو يتفق

مع الغايات والأهداف الاستر اتيجية لليونسكو، من

المركز؛

إعارة بعض موظفيها بصورة مؤقتة وفقا لما

التقييم

1. يجوز لليونسكو أن تجري في أي وقت تقييما

لأنشطة المركز بغية التحقق مما يلي:

نشأن تفسير أو تطبيق هذه الاتفاقية، في حال تعذر

حله عن طريق التفاوض أو أي وسيلة ملائمة أخرى

يتفق عليها الطرفان، على هيئة تحكيم تتكون من

ثلاثة أعضاء على النحو التالي:
